Have been focusing on many pillars in my life, but especially health & wellness. Love ❤️ JJ Virgin’s lifestyle: no gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, corn, peanuts or sugar/artificial sweetener. Lots of veggies, fruits, ideally grass fed beef, chicken, wild fish, black beans, lentils, quinoa and more. I have done this 7 weeks (travelled 3 of those weeks) and feel amazing, no cravings for the eliminated food, high energy, sleeping well and I have dropped 14 lbs. The glowing green smoothies have helped too! They are a highlight of my mornings. Giant glass of fiber, vitamins and goodness.

Glowing Green Smoothie Recipe

What you’ll put in the smoothie depends what you have on hand.  Goal 75% greens and 25% fruit.

Today it was:

One and half cups filtered water romaine, spinach, beet leaves, celery, squash, sweet pea leaves, 1/4 of a lemon , 1/2 avocado, frozen peaches  and 1/2 an apple  and a bit of stevia with monk fruit extract.
