Walk 10K a Day

I’m passionate about the way your life will improve if you just walk 10,000 steps a day.  When I first started doing this, I was maniacal about hitting the goal daily.  I’d done it every day of the year.  Then on an August evening, I didn’t feel well, got up to go to the bathroom and fainted.  I went down planting my skull and nose on the side of the tub.  Blood everywhere when I regained consciousness.  All worked out but my first thought was how am I going to make my 10,000 steps today.  I decided then I had become obsessive and perhaps shooting for an average of 10,000 steps / day made more sense.

Since then I’ve moderated but tracked and consistently met that yearly goal!


Science confirms walking daily adds years!

Walking in parks, in malls, during meetings and up & down my driveway when needed was the first action that woke me up and helped me see that I needed to change my life and define my rainbow world.
